The landlord had a problem. Somehow the tenant managed to damage the acoustic ceiling in a rental. We came in and solved the problem. We replaced the drywall. We re-textured the patch and we painted it to match.

Notice ye wee bit of light in the bottom of the first picture between door and jamb? Where there is light there is a breeze and the installation of new weatherstripping makes a big difference. No light, no breeze about your ankles in the second picture.
Don’t ask me what caused the ugly wall beside and behind the toilet… I don’t know… it just is. We were called to fix it, remove the toilet to get a good fix on it and did. Put the toilet back.
